Your toddler's brain is becoming more sophisticated every day. He can now form images in his mind, organise categories and arrange things in order. His memory is improving and he's learning to identify basic colours and to count to ten. Encourage him by playing matching and memory games. No need to buy anything special — a laundry basket of socks will work nicely. Just ask your toddler to find the ones that match. A bonus: he'll love helping you!
