Blow
your baby a kiss this week and she just might blow one back to you. If she
does, encourage her with smiles and applause, and she'll probably offer more.
Not only has she developed the physical coordination to make that lovely
gesture but her emotions are also beginning to develop. She's starting to
notice other people's moods and may even start to cry if she hears another baby
crying.
